Begay’s recent paintings are informed by his background in graffiti, photography, and tattooing. He blends modern art styles with traditional symbols and stories, which reflect his upbringing and Diné heritage. Begay has exhibited his work internationally, giving him the opportunity to share his culture and history with viewers worldwide. “Every time I put paint on canvas, everyone gets to see my heart.
